What is an ESOP and how will it help my retirement?
It means that
employees get shares of company stock based on total wages
earned during the year. The share value changes with the company's
profitability. Over time, your account can increase in value
and grow into a sizable sum of money, with the intention of
providing a major source of retirement income in the future.
The ESOP never involves contributions from the employees; all
contributions are entirely made by the company.
